  • 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  • as neededWater
  • 1/2 tsphing/ asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • as neededOil

    Mix all ingredients except oil and keep aside

    Now heat a tawa,drizzle oil and spread besan batter like dosa

  3. 3

    Cook from both sides. it's ready
