Ingredients

  1. For Dark chocolate & walnut
  2. 500 gmsdark callebut chocolate chips
  3. 150 gmsfresh cream (amul)
  4. 1 tbspsalted butter
  5. 1/2 cuproasted & semi crushed walnuts
  6. For white chocolate & pistachios truffles
  7. 500 gmswhite callebaut chocolate chips
  8. 150 gmsfresh cream (amul)
  9. 1 tbspsalted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat cream in a double boiler vessel, once the cream becomes warm add dark chocolate chips & mix well, add 1tbsp butter & switch off the flame, mix well, transfer it in a airtight container & refrigerate over night.

    Next day scoop out small quantities of ganache & make balls out of them, roll them in crushed walnuts & serve.

  3. 3

    For white chocolate & pistachios truffles, heat cream in a double boiler, add white choco chips & melt it, add 1tbsp butter & switch off the flame, mix well & transfer it into a airtight container & refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    Next day scoop out small quantities of ganache & make balls out of it, roll them in crushed pistachios & serve.

  5. 5

    Note- Truffles are rich melt in mouth chocolates & so it's very important to use good quality chocolate for it.

  6. 6

    You have to store the truffles in the fridge only.
