Ingredients

  • I fish
  • 2tomatoes,halved & grated
  • 1/2carrot
  • 1/2 tspginger& garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 1beef cube
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion until Golden brown,add ginger & garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Add grated tomatoes& carrot cover,let then cook well.Add very little water.cover let it cook again.

  3. 3

    Add in in fried fish,letvit cook for 5min remove from heat.Serve
