Steps

Chop the onions and the paprika

Heat some Olive oil and add the onions. When the onions look glazy add the paprika's.

After a few minutes add the tomato cubes.

Let simmer for about 25 minutes

Heat some Olive oil in a non sticky frying pan and add the minced meat.

Mix the saus with a mixer, until the desired thickness

Add the minced meat to the saus. And taste, you can add some herbs de provence or some paprika powder untill it tastes well.

Add some tomato ketchup to sweaten the taste.

Add some muchrooms if you like. Best to let the saus cool down and eat it the next day.
