Peel your potato, washed and sliced it, drain it and keep aside

On a pan, add oil allow it to heat, add ur sliced potato to the oil, turn it around until it becomes brown.

On a separate pan, put small amount of oil, add sliced onion, tomato n pepper, add seasoning and allow it to fry for 5mnts. Serve.
