Cut the kidney to bit size pieces

As the kidney is boiling in the 2cups of water about 10 minutes, chop the ingredients

Put onions in a sufuria with 1 Tbsp of oil and fry to translucent. Add the tomato paste,paprika, grated garlic and ginger as you keep stirring.

Add salt and pepper then the kidney without the stock and let simmer for 2 min on low heat

Add the coconut cream and stock, stir then cover for 5min still on low heat then switch off heat. Add the corriander and cover till you're ready to serve

Enjoy with rice or carb of your choice!
