  • 2Baingan or brinjal
  • 1 bigonion chopped
  • 4/5green chilli chopped
  • 1 big tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powde
  • 2 tablespoonCoriander leaves

    A Baingan in high flame gas to skin black.than wash the Baingan black skin out.in bowl mash baingan add onion tomato green chilli salt mustard oil red chilli to mix a spoon.add coriander leaves to serve.
