Soak kale chane for 10 to 12 hrs. After that put kale chane in pressure cooker and add water and salt. Let cooker whistle and the sim the flame for 8-10 mins. Once it is done keep it aside with water

Take pan and add oil in pan. Heat it and add jeera to it

After that sim the flame and add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and jeera powder fry for few seconds and then add kale chane with water in it.

Let the water dry completely and add kasuri methi and chana masala. Cover it and cook it for 1 min.

Finally add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber and lemon juice to it. serve it hot
