Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmeat
  2. 1/2 kgrice
  3. 3onions
  4. Tomato paste
  5. 3 clovesGarlic
  6. Ginger
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 1 TBspilau

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat till soft

  2. 2

    Heat oil, fry onions to golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add ginger, garlic crushed and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add pilau masala, cumin, and reduce heat.

  5. 5

    Add the rice and water then let it cook. Enjoy.
