Ingredients

40 miniutes
  • 400 gmCarrots
  • 100 gmSugar
  • 4 tspGhee
  • 1 LTRMilk Boiled
  • 200 gmKhoya
  • 1/2 cupDry fruits chopped
  • 8-9 piececCardamom seeds crushed

Steps

40 miniutes
  1. 1

    Grete the carrot.

  2. 2

    In a Heat pan add ghee,put carrot in the pan.sauty it 10 mimiutes.

  3. 3

    Add boiled milk in it,let them boiled. 10 mimiutes.

  4. 4

    When milk reduced add malai,or khoya.Fry it 5 miniutes.

  5. 5

    Add sugar, stir it.

  6. 6

    When it gets reduce like half.

  7. 7

    Remove it from the flame.

  8. 8

    Add cardamoms seeds.mix it.

  9. 9

    Add dry fruits. Mix it.

  10. 10

    Serve it hot in serving bowls.

  11. 11

    Garnish it with dry fruits.

  12. 12

    Enjoy the seasonal halwa.
