In a pan add nylon potatoes and roast it for 15 min.on low flame,then keep aside

In another pan add oil,heat it now add chopped green chilli and curry leaves,roast till crispy on low flame,then add cashew,almond,daliya,and melon seeds,roast for 2 min

Then add turmeric powder,roasted poha,kismis, salt and sugar powder and mix well

Then serve it in serving dish

U can store it for 1 month in airtight container
