Ingredients

  • 250 gmFlour
  • as neededOil to fry
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 2 tbspoil for moyan

Steps

  1. 1

    Seive glour add salt carom seeds and 2 tbsp oil.bind to a hard dough with water

    Divide dough into small balls and flatten it in round shape.

    Heat oil in a work and deep fry the mathri on sim flame.

    Serve with pickle or dip.
