Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 1 cupRefind flour
  • 1/2 cupPaneer
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 pinchKesar or yellow colour
  • as neededGhee

Steps

10 minute
  1. 1

    Make sugar syrup and then add colour to it. Now, make batter of refined flour by adding water and mashed paneer to it.

  2. 2

    Now put this batter in cone and then fry it in ghee till golden brown in shape of jalebi.

  3. 3

    Now put jalebi in sugar syrup for a few minutes. Ready to serve.
