In a Heat pan add oil,Heat it.

Put garlic in the heat oil.sate it.

Add cumin seed crackle it.

Add turmeric powder,add aalo & soya(green) in it.stir it 2 miniutes.

Add salt.put lid on it for 5 minutes

Now open the lid,cook it untill it is dry.

Roast it 2 miniutes in high flame.

Now it is complete,remove it from the flame.

Now serve it any time,lunch or dinner.

It is very healthy& tasty green veggies.
