Steps

Take a pan,pour oil in it,When it got hot add chopped onions & cook till it becomes pink in colour.

Now add all the ingredients with chopped tomatoes & capsicum.Cook on a low flame till it is properly cooked.

Add mashed paneer to it & mix well,Cook for 5 minutes, Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

Take another pan,put butter in it & let it melt down.

Take a kulcha,roast it from both the side in the butter.

Cook it on a low flame till kulcha absorbs all the butter.

Stuff paneer bhurji on one side & cover with another kulcha like sandwich.

Paneer Capsicum Kulcha is ready.Serve with tea or coffee.
