Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • 1/2 literschach
  • as neededWater
  • as neededMustard oil for frying pakodi
  • 2 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 inchginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add mustard oil and make pakodi and keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a big pan add 2spoon mustard oil,add hing,cumin seeds,coriander powder and turmeric powder and red chilli powder till frying and add curd mixture with gram flour add water for making kadi

  3. 3

    Make slowly slowly till make kadi when kadi is done than add pakodi and ginger and green chilli

  4. 4

    Kadi is ready to eat hot or cold as your wish.
