Steps

Put the water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix, rest for 5 minutes till yeast is frothy

Put the salt and flour and start to make a dough like chapatis.

Cover the dough in an oiled bowl until it doubles(1hr)

Prepare the baking sheet

After the dough has doubled..knock it down and knead for about 2 minutes. Roll it into one big circles...apply the warm honey, sprinkle the Cinammon..the crushed nuts. Roll into a log, then fold it into a circle.. brush with egg wash.. bake for 20-25 minutes.. serve with coffee or tea.
