Grind moongdal without water

Heat ghee in a non stick pan and add grinded dal to it

Roast it till golden brown and ghee oozes out

Meanwhile make sugar syrup

Add cardamom powder and colour in the sugar syrup

Put syrup in a dal and mix it
- 7
At this stage add mava and stir it till the batter comes together and form a lump

Transfer this mix in the greased tray and let it rest for 1-2 hrs

Cut in desire pieces and put silver leaf(vark) on it... it's optional
