Ingredients

  1. 1 cupthin poha
  2. 1/2 cupgroundnut
  3. 1/2 cuplotus seed or makhana
  4. 1/2 halfcup Makka poha
  5. leavesCurry
  6. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. as neededLemon extract optional
  11. 1 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Firstly in in a heating pan took poha, IN slow flame roasted well,

  2. 2

    Roast the makhana in heating pan

  3. 3

    Now deep fry the makka poha,and groundnuts

  4. 4

    Now in a mixing bowl add poha, makka poha, and makhana,groundnuts,

  5. 5

    For tadka, 1tbs oil put in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seed, turmeric, Red chilli powder and spread on mixture

  6. 6

    Add salt, and lemon extract powder as per taste

  7. 7

    Ready to serve enjoy as you like
