Firstly in in a heating pan took poha, IN slow flame roasted well,

Roast the makhana in heating pan

Now deep fry the makka poha,and groundnuts

Now in a mixing bowl add poha, makka poha, and makhana,groundnuts,

For tadka, 1tbs oil put in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seed, turmeric, Red chilli powder and spread on mixture

Add salt, and lemon extract powder as per taste

Ready to serve enjoy as you like
