Mix water to curd and prepare flowing consistency batter.

In a pan add oil. Add mustard, methi and jeera to it. Once crackled add curry leaves, chopped onion to it.

Once roasted add all masalas.

Add besan to it and roast until pink and cooked.

Add curd water mix to it. Cook it on slow flame.

Chop onion in thin long slices. Add besan and salt turmeric chilli powder to it as per taste. Make thick batter.

Fry pakodas in hot oil.

Add this pakodas to kadhi and cook it for 10 minutes.

Kadhi pakodas is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped coriander. Enjoy with paratha or rice.
