Mix suji with curd, add salt and then add water to make a paste like consistency Keep it for 1 hour.

Put oil in a pan heat it, add 2 tsp of dabeli masala and a little water, then add 1 tsp sugar, mashed potatoes, tamarind paste.

Cook for 3-4 minutes then put the gas off.Add chopped onions, chopped coriander, masala peanuts and Pomegranate...

Now take the dhokla batter, mix fruit salt to it then place it in a greased dish and steam in a steamer for 15 minutes... Cool it demould it and slice in to two halves..

On one slice apply garlic chutney And on other apply green chutney

In between of both slices place the filling.Make a sandwich of it.

Heat little oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves then put it on top of dhokla.

Garnish it with chopped onions, coriander, Pomegranate, masala peanuts, nylon sev.

Cut into square pieces and serve.
