Chop two onions into small pieces, wash the garlic and ginger then grate them. Cut 1/4 meat(beef) into very small pieces.

Fry the onions with enough cooking oil till they turn dark brown and add meat, mix then cover for it to cook.

Keep on stirring even after it's cooked to dry it up a little. Then add the grated Ginger and garlic and mix well.

Add a little soy sauce and enough pilau masala mix then add 2 cups of boiled water.

Wash the rice and add it in the boiling water, add salt and taste then reduce the heat and let it cook. Cover after a while and let it cook with very little heat.

The remaining onion, chop it, plus the tomato, hoho and Dania, and the remaining meat.

Fry the onions till turns golden brown and add meat then let it cook.

Once you're sure it's well cooked add hoho, cover for a while and then tomatoes and enough salt,and cover to cook.

Mix well and add a little water and let it boil then add the Dania, mix and remove from fire.

Serve with pilau and enjoy.
