Beat up the eggs in a bowl, add in the flour then the milk and the salt. Mixed well.

Heat up the small 16'' cast iron pan with the butter in the oven on 250 heat for 10min.

Slowly take out the cast iron pan and add in the pancake batter directly into the pan and add the banana mashed into the middle of the batter. Put it back into the oven. Bake until the batter become fluffy and golden texture. Topping with the rest of the banana mashed and raspberry. Then is ready to served. Optional: add little bit icing sugar ontop... It will looks great and tasty ❤️
