Pounded yam with egusi soup
A gbagyi woman can simply not do without pounded yam
Steps

Boil the goat meat till tender, wash and add the stock fish and allow for a while

Add the quantity of water needed and add the pounded yellow pepper crayfish, locust bean, red oil and allow to boil
- 3
Add the seasoning dry fish and cover for a little while the add egusi and allow to cook
- 4
Then add the ugwu and allow to boil for 1min and put off the heat
