500 glean ground beef
1/2onion finely chopped
1/2 cupshredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsWorcester sauce
1egg
1 ounceenvelope dry onion mix (or use recipe from this poster)
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 clovegarlic minced
1 teaspoondried parsley
1/2 teaspooncrushed dried rosemary
1 teaspoonhot sauce
1/2 teaspooncayenne
1 teaspoonmustard powder
1 teaspoonsoy sauce
3/4 cuplow-fat yoghurt (Greek yoghurt is the best)
1 teaspoondried basil
1 teaspoondried Oregano

Preheat the grill for high heat

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients and form into patties of the size of your choice

Grill patties for five minutes per side on the grill, or until well done. Serve on buns with your favourite condiments.
