For Ragda masala

Dry roast the whole spices and let it cool and then grind itdry

In pressure cooker add the peas with water green chillies, turmeric powder and pressure cook in low flame till whistles

Soak the tamarind in normal water and squeeze the pulp

Once cooked add the roasted masala 1tbspn and 1tbspn tamarind pulp and add salt
- 6
Serve with pav, onions chopped and coriander.
