Soak daal in water for 2 hours.

Grind in mixture. Add all masalas.

Make balls out of it.

Fry it in hot oil on medium flame.

Wash and chop onion and potatoes.

In a pan take oil. Add mustard, cumin, asaefotida. Once mustard splutters add onion, potatoes and tomato

Saute for a while and add all masalas. Roast it for 2-3 minutes. Add water and cook it for 10-12 minutes.

Bhagat Muthiyanu Shaak is ready to serve. Enjoy with paratha.
