Ingredients

  1. 500 gmgajar
  2. 500 gmmilk
  3. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  4. 200 gmsugar
  5. 1 cupbadam flakes
  6. 4 to 5 elaichi
  7. 1/4khoya
  8. hand ful mixed nuts,pista,cashew and almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash carrot and Peel them and grate into food processor

  2. 2

    Mix carrot and milk a pan to a bowl and cook on low flame

  3. 3

    Add the ghee and cook 20 - 25 minutes

  4. 4

    Add sugar chopped cashew,nuts almonds and elaichi mix well.

  5. 5

    Stir cook till 5-10 minutes

  6. 6

    And transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced almonds.
