In a pan, take oil, once the oil becomes hot add jeera, hung, haldi, green chilli & curry leaves, cook it for 30 sec & add chopped onion & mix well & cook for 10min till the onions become soft.

Then add chopped tomatoes & cook again for 8-10min, then add salt, sugar & red chilli powder & mix well.

Then add the broken bread slices & mix well, then add buttermilk & mix well & cook for 2min, lastly garnish with coriander & serve.
