Fried rice with pepper gizzard and cucumber

Wash the gizzards put in a pot and boil. Add your salt,maggi and slice onion. Heat up veg oil, fry and set aside

Grate the fresh pepper and slice the onion. In a clean saucepan, add veg oil,grated pepper,crushed garlic,onion, maggi and stir. Then add the fried gizzards and stir gently. Allow for 2 minutes

Parboil the rice and grate the fresh pepper and onion.

Fry the grated pepper and onion in veg oil. Add curry,salt and maggi and add a little water and stir. Pour in the parboiled rice and stir. Boil till done

Wash cucumber and cut into cubes
