Finely Pulse together Marie biscuits dry fruits and butter together into powder form in a mixer or food processor

Layer this mixture on a detachable baking tray of around 1 cm thick. Keep this tray in freezer for 15 to 20 min to set.

By that time melt and temper white compound. In another bowl whip cream to soft peak consistency. Add fruit essence to it and mix well.

In another bowl whip cream cheese. Now fold cream cheese and whip cream together with a spatula don't overheat. Mix chopped fresh fruits.

To this mix add tempered white compound well while mixing so that there are no lumps of compound. This will help the cheesecake to set nicely when allowed to freeze

Now take out the baking tray from freezer and pour in this cream mix and tap well so that there are no air bubbles in the tray

Dip the sliced fruits with neutral glaze and arrange on top of cake as u like to decorate.

Keep the tray in freezer covered with a cling wrap for 6 to7 hours for the cake to set.

Cut the slices with sharp knife dipped in warm water for cleaner and meat slices
