Tumeric potato slices #AuthorMarathon

Steps

Preheat oven to 200°c.

Peel the potatoes and clean them. Cut into slices.

In a separate bowl, put some oil, garlic powder and tumeric. Mix them well.

Marinate the potato slices in the mixture for 5 mins

Grease. Baking tray using oil.

Place the slices onto the tray and bake for 30 mins. (Timing is dependent on how thin you slice them)

Once done, remove and sprinkle with salt and dhania. Enjoy with veggies or a meat curry.
