Ingredients

  • 2 cuprice
  • 1/2moog daal
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1potato chopped
  • 2 teaspoonghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin seeds when cumin seeds sprinkle than add turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes fry them till soft.

  2. 2

    Add chopped potato and add daal or rice mix well add water as per your quantity..

  3. 3

    Cook untill 2 whist now turn of the flame and allow to cook in remine pressure..

  4. 4

    Daal khichdi is ready to serve with curd..
