Ingredients

  • 10prawns
  • 3 tablespoonflour
  • 3 tablespoonbread crumbs
  • 1egg
  • Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonoregano
  • 1/2 teaspoonground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all spices and prawns in a bowl and mix and marinate for 5 hours or overnight

  2. 2

    Crumb prawns with flour, then egg and finally bread crumbs

  3. 3

    Fry till it turns golden brown and serve with ketchup. Enjoy!
