In mixer pot add curry leaves, garlic, cumin, dhaniya powder, 2 green chilles & ginger to blend

In pan take 2 tsp oil when it heated add chopped onion. When it transpernt add mixture. Stirrer till it cook well & get brown shade. Now add turmeric powder, Goda Masala & red chillies powder. Mix well.
Now Add potatoes & mix well

Now in another pan add oil for deep fry.
In besan bowl add 1/2 tsp Salt & 1 tsp hot oil.
Now make ball of potato, press in palm add in besan liquid. Now fry it well.

Now your vada is ready. In that oil also fry remaining chillies
serve it with pav, Chillies & coconut chutney
