Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 kgpeeled potatoes sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupwater
  • Garlic paste
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • Garlic paste
  • Fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 1/4black pepper
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the oil into the fire, and as it heats up.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except potatoes and whisk away.

  3. 3

    Dip the sliced potatoes into the mixture and make sure all potatoes are well covered.

  4. 4

    Deep fry them in batches, until they are golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot and crispy.
