Steps

Heat a pan put flour &Bran together.

Roast it in medium flame 3 miniutes,then slow the flame & Roast it 2 miniutes.

Now add half ghee & Roast it again 2 miniutes.

Add milk & stir it.

Add 1 glass of water cook it 1 miniute.stir it continuesly.

Add sugar mix it well.

Add cardamom Powder & mix it.now halwa will be some dry.

It's like wet dough consistacy.

Remove it from the flame.

Put it in a plate.

Garnish it with dry fruits.

Serve it hot - hot.
