Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 tablespoonSoft paneer or homemade cottage cheese
  2. teaspoonSugar –2
  3. 2 tablespoonMilk
  4. 1 tablespoonCream
  5. 1 pinchSaffron
  6. Agar agar powder – a big pinch
  7. 2 teaspoonPistachio –
  8. 1 pinchCardamom powder –

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash soft paneer and sugar powder till smooth.

  2. 2

    Boil 2 tablespoon milk &1 tablespoon cream and a pinch of Saffron together.

  3. 3

    Add a big pinch of agag agar powder.
    Whisk till smooth.

  4. 4

    Add paneer mix, cardamom powder and chopped pistachio. Mix well.

  5. 5

    In a greased mould add 1/4 teaspoon chopped pistachio. Pour panna cotta mix.

  6. 6

    Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator.
    Unmould and serve.

    Add some syrup of your choice and fruits on top.

    You can adjust sugar as per taste.
