Bind a soft dough of wheat flour. Keep some flour aside. Divide the dough in 2 parts. Take one part and make a ball. Roll it with a rolling pin. Apply ghee all over it. Apply salt and ajwain. Sprinkle some flour all over it.

Now cut thin strips of this. Keep them one upon another and make a ball again. Roll it round with a rolling pin with light hands.

Take a griddle. Heat. Apply ghee. Cook paratha on medium flame by applying ghee. Cook till it is crisp from both sides. Crush it a bit with hands. Layers will open up.
