Ingredients

  • 1 kgChopped and washed methi leaves
  • 2potato
  • 1tomato
  • to tasteSalt
  • To tasteTurmic and red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion and tomato in small size.

  2. 2

    Pour oil in the pan.

  3. 3

    Put onion in it.

  4. 4

    When it is cooked,put tomato in it.

  5. 5

    Put salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder.

  6. 6

    Then put small size of potato and methi in it.

  7. 7

    Put on sim gas for about 15 minutes.

  8. 8

    Aloo methi is ready.

  9. 9

    Serve with chapatti.
