Heat oil /butter in a pan.

Add cumin seeds. When it splattered add onions.

When the onions became translucent add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Saute till the raw aroma of th ginger garlic goes away.

Then add tomatoes and cook till they become soft.

Now add all the dry masala- turmeric powder red chilli powder kitchen king masala. Stir the spice powers.

Then add paneer and salt and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add few coriander leaves and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and grated cheese.

Serve Paneer Bhurji with roti or parantha.
