Steps

Peel your potatoes and wash them well.

Cut them into half if they big or you use leave them whole.
- 3
Boil the potatoes in water for less than 10 minutes.

Remove and drain all the water until dry.
- 5
Put oil in your wok and let it heat until sizzling.

Add your potatoes and fry until they turn golden.

Drain them in absorbent paper.
- 8
Serve with your favourite stew. I served mine with Minced Meat Stew.
