Beetroot Puri

Peeled the beetroot and slice it. In a pressure cooker boil the beetroot in half cup water and give 2-3 whistles.

Once the beetroot cooked then chopped it and make a smooth paste.

Take a wide bowl add wheat flour ground beetroot puree salt and oil, mix it well, sprinkle little water and make it a tight dough as we do for normal puri.

Divide the dough into small lemon sized balls.

Flatten it into a puri patties.

Heat oil and deep fry puri by turning both the sides.

Serve with any vegetables.
