Soak moong dal for whole night. In next morning clean dal with the help of water and remove all the green particles from the dal..Next Make it a paste in a mixer grinder..Add Masala's according to taste.Make a thick batter,if need add some water in it..Nw make a cheela on nonstick pan..

Potato bhaji preparation- Boil potato first. Than tske a kadhai and add some oil or ghee in it. Than add jeera and onion,green chilli and ginger in it.. Make them golden brown and nw add pinch of turmeric and mashed potato..Nw sprinkle all the masala's like dhania powder,garam masala,red chilli powder, and salt to taste..Mix them properly and keep it on medium flame for 5 to 10 min..Nw ur bhaji is ready to have..

Nw it's ur choice, u can fill the cheela with the bhaji or u can have it like a sabzi too..Ur Tasty and healthy snack is ready...
