In a mixing bowl take mava, milk powder, maida, baking powder & mix well, add little little milk & knead it into a soft dough, you have to knead for atleast 10-12min.

Heat ghee in a pan, make small balls out of the jamun mix & deep fry them on slow flame till golden brown.

In a pan heat equal quantities of sugar & water, boil it for 10min, then add all the fried jamuns to this cover it & let it sit in the hot syrup for atleast an hour.

Garnish with almonds & serve hot.
