Heat the water then add chopped Bathua boil for 3-4 min then strain it cool down

Then take a bowl add curd then beat the curd till smooth it add 1 and 1/2 cup water then again beat it

Then then take a Mixi jaar add green chilli, mustard seed add 2-3 tbsp water then grind it pour it in a curd bowl

Then add cumin powder, black salt,salt mix it well

Then temper it take a tadka pan add oil after that add cumin seed after crackle of seed add pinch of asafoetida(hing9),pinch of turmeric powder

Then pour into raita add red chilli powder mix it well

Bathua raita is ready to serve

You can use raita masala also instead of cumin powder and black salt

You can chopped the green chilli instead of making paste of mustard and green chilli
