Steps

Take a large bowl. Add maida semolina oil curd sugar baking soda and salt and mix well.

Slowly add water and knead smooth and soft dough.

Cover it with a wet muslin cloth and place it in a warm place for about 3-4 hours.

After then again knead it until smooth.

Divide dough into equal sized portions and give them a shape of ball.

Take a ball and roll it.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Fry the bhature until light golden brown.
- 9
Ready to serve with Chhole.
