Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-cups grated carrots
  • 2-cups all purpose flour
  • 1-cup sugar
  • 3-eggs lightly beaten
  • 3/4-cups vegetable oil
  • 1-tsp baking powder
  • 1-tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1-tsp nutmeg
  • 1-tsp carndamon
  • 1-tsp cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 180°

  2. 2

    Grease and dust your baking pan

  3. 3

    In a large bowl Place carrots and sugar

  4. 4

    Add combined eggs and oil

  5. 5

    Add sifted flour,baking powder,bicarbonate and spices then fold in with a wooden spoon

    Then Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes
