Steps

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds after spluttering add ginger garlic 1tsp each chopped

Add onion and sauté till pink in colour add tomato chopped when soft add all dry masala
- 3
Now add roughly mashed potatoes with hand add and sauté little and mix well
- 4
Now add 1cup water or as u want the gravy boil for 2-3 minutes add coriander leaves and serve hot with fluffy pooris
