In a mixing bowl put suji, then add salt and black pepper and mix it well.

Then add all veggies and again give it a nice mix. Add water to make a thick batter.

Cover the bowl and let rest the batter for alteast 6 to 8 hours to get fermented.

I prefer to rest it overnight.

Again give it a quick mix. If require then add some more water.

Then heat the non stick pan or a dosa tawa, grease it lightly and pour 2 tbsp batter and flatten it with the help of flat bottom bowl or laddle in circular form.

Keep the flame low and put some more oil to the corners. Cook it till get golden brown from both side.

Sprinkle some chaat masala.

Cut it into pieces or you can have it as a whole, you can also use cookie cutter to give it any fancy shape.

Serve it hot
